Hocking College Spring Break FAQs

Spring Break: March 11 - 15, 2019

All Hocking College campuses will be CLOSED for Spring Break from March 11 — 15, 2019. This means all college buildings and offices will be closed. All campuses will reopen on Monday, March 18, 2019.

Please note there will be no on-campus, in-person or telephone student services available during the Spring Break.

What Offices & Student Services Will Be Closed During the Break?

All offices and services below will be closed on all Hocking College campuses:

  • Advising services 
  • All academic departments and faculty offices 
  • Bookstore 
  • Cashier's Office 
  • Counseling services 
  • Financial Aid 
  • Library 
  • Parking lots 
  • Registrar's Office 
  • Student IDs 
  • Student Center 
  • Testing Center 
  • Veterans services

What About Housing, Dining, & the Student Center?

All Hocking College residence halls will remain open during the Spring Break. The hours for Hawks Nest Dining and the Student Center are listed below.

Dining Hall Hours

    • March 10 — March 16 • 9AM - 3PM

Student Center Hours

    • March 8 • Closing at 5PM
    • March 9 — March 16 • CLOSED
    • March 17 • Opening at 12PM

Can I Order a Hocking College Transcript During the Break?

Requests for Hocking College transcripts will not be filled during the break. Transcripts can still be ordered, but orders will not be processed until after the college reopens on March 18, 2019.
