Hocking College is launching an all-inclusive course materials model Autumn semester, 2019. Our goal is to provide electronic learning materials to our students in all Hocking College courses to make college more affordable. We are seeking a partnership with a company to meet our electronic course material needs.

This proposal must include electronic course materials list matched to Hocking College requirements in Appendix A and a per student cost for students to access to those electronic course materials.
The Request for Proposal timeline is as follows:
Request for RFP: May 16th, 2019
Deadline for Bidders to Submit: May 30th at 4:00pm, 2019
Selection of RFP proposal / Notification to Unsuccessful Bidders: June 1st, 2019
The RFP will be posted on our website, info.hocking.edu/rfp-learning-materials, and can be downloaded from there directly as of May 16th, 2019.
Respondents to this RFP must submit one original proposal. Responses must be received no later than May 30th, 2019 at 5:00pm. Responses should be clearly marked “RFP-Electronic Course Materials Request” and mailed, emailed or delivered to Amy Morrison (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Hocking College needs access to the electronic course materials by July 1, 2019.
